Supermodel 3 emulator controls stop working

So after playing about 2 min or so all my model 3 games will stop responding to input. Game still plays though. What I have notice is that it seems to lose focus or something like that because I can alt tab to get it to work again. I have noticed sometimes the screen will flash or 1 time it minimized the window. I have found a program called free mouse clicker that clicks every 5 seconds and it seems to keep it focused. My question is has anyone had this issue and how to fix it or is there a way I can run run this program automatically when supermodel launches + the program has to hit ctrl + F2 to run after it runs and ctrl + F3 to stop

You're not the only one with this issue, sorry if this doesn't help, but I also have this problem. For some reason this problem dissapear and reapear randomly, at least in my case
