I mainly read Japanese and Chinese

Is there a better way to know which languages are supported

Hope increase "tick the list of supported languages" in metadata

and show in "Game Details"

What language the game is in would greatly determine on the version of the game you have. That isn't something we would know (outside of making a guess based on the ROM region). You could add language to your games as a custom field if you have premium, but again that isn't something you'd be able to really scrape and would need to add it to your games manually.
