Cant Delete Roms inside launchbox

Hello all, I am trying to clean up some games from a collection I am putting together for my brother.

He is not going to play every game ever made so I want to just get rid of games with a 1 star rating or less on most platforms.

I have the box checked in the options menu to delete rom when I delete a rom

and I am choosing the rom from the games list when I delete it. But its still in the folder on the drive once I delete it.

Is there something I am missing?

Is there a better way to end up with the top 200 games for each platform?

The "Allow deleting ROMs when deleting games" LaunchBox feature only applies to the file that LaunchBox is aware of, i.e. the file used when launching a game. In your image it appears to be Zyll (1984).bat, so only that file will be deleted and anything else belonging to the game will need to be manually deleted.
