Only scan for specific files for emulators

Hi there, im working on setting up support for RPCS3, which can take 2 different rom types, .iso or extracted. I know that no matter what the format for extracted will go "[GameName]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN" but i was curious how to set up the emulator configuration within Launchbox or if i'll have to add them all by hand?
