Has anyone managed to integrate the Wireless or Wired Buzz controllers into their PC setup?

I use retroarch to emulate the Playstation but I think the problem lies with getting the PC to recognise them at all (Windows 10).

Information on the Web seems vague & disperate & I cannot find a definitive instruction.

Any help would be much appreciated.
