Launchbox and Big Box crashing after starting-Please help

Hi Gang. I've looked all over different threads but can't seem to find an answer. Could someone please assist if they may have an answer to why my LB and Big Box is crashing? I even did a Windows update to see if that would fix it but it did not.

Well, one item is you are using an old beta. Current version is 12.6.  So would update at least to the 11.13 release.
