Mapping Controller for Lauchbox/BigBox?

In Launchbox when I press "Left Trigger" + "Start" it exits the game. 

I did the the same controller mapping in the BigBox options, but it doesnt work. When I press "Left Trigger" + "Start", nothing happens.

What could be the problem and how to solve it?

BigBox you map to the option for “Close Active Window”. 
 

“Exit” in BB is to exit BB application.
