Configuring Two XBox360 Controllers for two player alternating games

Is it possible to use separate XBox360 controllers when playing two player alternating games like Pac-Man or Galaga? The way I've got them configured now, they work fine for multi-player games. Hoping to not have to keep passing the controller back and forth when switching players.

Unlikely unless the in-game service menu had that functionality. (Games that came in arcade table top versions might work)

You can always configure both controllers to the same inputs, but you'll have to trust the other player not to touch their controls when the other player is playing. You'll save them getting exhausted swapping one controller though. 😜
