Problem with integrated video card

Hi, I have a problem with my Launchbox/Bigbox setup. I have an Intel 8700k with Intel integrated graphics enabled and an Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB. Even If I set graphics optimization in windows 10 and I force Launchbox/Bigbox apps to run with my Nvidia card, they starts only with integrated graphics and expecially in Bigbox everything is very very slow.

Someone solved this kind of issue?

Any feedback on this or any solution you've found?  I am having the same issue - big box mode insists on using my integrated GPU when I have an NVIDIA dedicated GPU available.
