2 Mame games with the same names but different games from different years. How do I get the Metadata to reflect that?

The game is Commandos, they have 2 games, one from 1985 and one from 1983.

The metadata keeps wanting to pull the 1985 version no matter what I do, but the games database does have the right one, how do I get launchbox to pick the direct one?

Pretty easy to do. Just edit one of the games and delete the LB Database ID. Then type in part of the name. something like like just Comman, then the drop down box will list both of them and you can select the one you need.

Will try again later when I get the chance, tried to type in the full name of "Commando" after deleting the ID, but it just kept pulling up that single one with no alternatives.

Yeah that’s why I recommend part of the name only.
