Big Box slowing down during use

I'm having an odd issue...

Big Box used to be slow for me but I upgraded ram and reduced my systems to just arcade and its become fine.

However, today I've been using it for a few hours at my son's party and it would be fine for a few games but get gradually less responsive after each game

Is there anything that might cause this?
