LaunchBox fail to start after update to 12.7

I have purchased a LaunchBox and the first time I plug in and load up LaunchBox, it ask me to update the firmware, so I did. After update completed, I tried to loadup LaunchBox again, it gave me an error, please help.

Did you purchase a license from our website directly, or buy a pre-configured drive with LaunchBox on it? Make sure you put that information in your email to support as well as it will help speed up the process for you.
