Is there an easy switch to RetroArch, and is it better?

I've been reading around, and from what I've seen RetroArch seems better for use with LaunchBox. I'm using LaunchBox for an arcade cabinet, and up until now I've just had multiple emulators downloaded for different consoles. But I'm thinking about switching to RetroArch. Is there an easy way to do this?

You would just add it like you would any other emulator, then go to the associated platforms tab and pick which cores you want for each system.

However i would actively advise against using Retroarch for MAME, stick to the actual MAME standalone for Arcade games.

Awesome, thank you! And thanks for the MAME tip.
