Good evening everyone

I wanted to ask you if there is a configurator for psx emulator like "PCSX2 Configurator" for ps2

A plugin that sets the best settings for each game

There is not and there really isn't a need for one either since PS1 emulator is quite good and doesn't require all the little settings tweaks that PCSX2 currently needs.

What there is though is Retroarch has its own per game settings if you want and the stand alone version of Duckstation will let you configure each game if you right click the game in the Duckstation GUI and click Properties.
