Launch box 12.9 the The LB's Download media / platform / playlist video menu screen is too slow to load up.... look at the video

like the title say and please check out this video to see what I am talking about and maybe someone can help me fix this problem 

Ever sense I update to 12.9 I am having this mayor issue and I don't know what the cause of the very very long loading time but on other older version like 12.7 or 12.6 never had this issue till now 

what do I have to do to fix this issue ? to make it load faster ?

This is caused by an issue with EmuMovies server and how long they take to respond. Removing EmuMovies credentials and then running that window should bring the speed back you had before. Also worth pointing out that this isn't an issue with a version update, but simply is because the EmuMovies servers are having difficulties right now.

i had no idea that was the case. so how do I turn that off, I did said in video that Im new to this stuff, and I dont where to turn to when come to issue ,. but your welcome to moved this topic else where ^^. 

so how do I fix this issue then or how do I go about turning it off ?

Can go into Tools > Options and then in Integrations > EmuMovies and temporarily remove your credentials, then we won't scan EmuMovies at all which should speed it up for you.
