X-Arcade and Launchbox. Player 1 is player 2 and vice versa how to fix?

I have installed Launchbox 12.9 and tested it with my keyboard with no issues.

I then plugged in my  X-arcade but Player 1 is player 2 and vice versa how do I fix this?
