"Glitchy" Interface when editing or adding a new game

I have noticed the form glitches when I am editing or adding a game.  I was thinking it may have to do with Windows 11, however I actually replaced my whole computer when I got Windows 11 so that is probably not a fair assessment.

Here are some snips, sometimes it's worse and the options on the left side of the windows will all disappear until I run the mouse cursor over them.  Any Suggestions?

OMG Thanks!  Disabling the service fixed the problem.
