Mame auto-install error

I try to auto-install Mame but every time I try it I get this error:

Could not install MAME because the archive could not be extracted; perhaps it is corrupt or files are in use?

Hi there

 

I have the same exact error. Any clue?  I have deleted Mame 0.245 from Emulators folder and some temp files i have seen, but still same error.

 

OS: Windows 11

Mame Romset version: 0.245
