Custom Badges\Tags

I'd like to add an icon for 'Unlicensed' and 'Homebrew'.

I want it to appear alongside my favorites and completed icons in my theme.

Is it possible to create a custom icon or badge and tag games to it?

 

Also can we add badges\icons for controller types?

(Light Gun, Dance Mat, etc)
