Deleted platform in Launchbox, still shows up in Big Box

I deleted the Sega 32x platform in Launchbox desktop mode, but whenever I launch the big box, it brings back up. I even manually deleted the files but it still keeps coming up

Look in your \Data\Platforms folder.

Do you have any other Sega 32x xml files in there? Even if they are backups such as Sega 32x_backup.xml. If there are you need to remove them. LB/BB will try to read them.
