The exact one you linked is called Big Box Cinematix - Arcade Classics v1 and can be directly downloaded from within LaunchBox. Go to Tools>Download>Platform/Playlist/Category theme videos In the window you will simply check the box next to Arcade and then make sure the Big Box Cinematix - Arcade Classics is selected.
