I have quite a few games for arcade and console, but noticed in recent months sometimes when i exit a game and it ask to hit again it shows desktop instead of exiting. If i hit exit again it will go back to bigbox menu of all my games and platforms. Is there a way to get this not to act this way i can't decide if it is a bug or something with retroarch as that is the emulator behind the scenes. It is likely because you have that "confirm to exit" on in the emulator you are using. LB/BB never ask you to confirm to exit, this is an emulator setting. So that step is likely the cause of the desktop showing. Go into your emulator and in the settings there look for an option to turn off the confirm to exit.
