dugan26
Hi All - Thank you for reading my post and any support you can give. Do i have this right? 1- When you go to the tools in LB see pic below - these are the controls for LB and how to maneuver around and get to your game. 2- Do these also need to be mapped separately in BB? Or does LB setting carry over? 3- once you click PLAY a game, then it goes to the emulator settings. So whatever you have programmed in the emulator is what your controls will respond to. 3A- The only option in BB is to "exit current window" which then kicks me back to BB (working good). I cant play a game directly from LB. No controls work - every button just "exits" me out of the game. Is this correct? or can i select a game directly from LB? and play
neil9000
1) Yes. 2) Yes. 3) Yes. 3A) Correct, Its "Close Active window" The exit game option is labled differently in Launchbox, its simply labled "Exit Game" As for any button exiting the emulator, that is obviously not correct, either you have a bunch of buttons set to exit the emulator or you are hitting escape which exits most emulators. Any mappings you have done in Launchbox or Bigbox have zero effect on any emulator controls they need setting up in the emulators themselves. dugan26
In my pic above - looks like "Play Game" is None - Im assuming thats why i cant play ... Is there a typical standard mapping of how these buttons should be mapped? Select Back Play Game Any template i can use? Or is it really just personal preference?
