my launchbox don't download images from other regions

only download the images of North America. updating the metadata doesn't fix it. I had to be downloading the missing images one by one from the webpage like a fool xd

LaunchBox will always attempt to grab artwork accurate to the region of the game you are scraping for. If the game is a game from North America, it will attempt to grab those images before looking through your region priorities.

nothing to do, if launchbox before I downloaded all the images. for example in "box - front" it said (5) and now it puts me (1) in all the games in the download window

If the game has a region(s) assigned to it, it will attempt to grab images for that region(s) (in region priority order) FIRST. If one doesn't exist it will look for a World region image (or one without a region assigned). If THAT doesn't exist THEN it will use your region priorities. Right now you're showing NA/US at top so you would get those in that circumstance.
