Custom Themes (Can I make them?)

Hi!

Some time ago I bought the license of Launchbox for Android. I have been configuring my new Retroid Pocket 3+ and I wanted to ask if there is a way to make "themes". I usually make them for other consoles that have emulationstation but this time I'm a bit lost.
Please can someone help me?

You can make custom themes but would need to write the code in Xamarin Forms. Here is a video with faeran going over some basics on making a custom android theme.
