Noob of the year question, help?

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and need help.  I want to buy a pc that will rum emulations up to N64 and PS2, I am not sure of the spec I require or if anyone on the forum does builds.  Any help would be appreciated.  Jim

I'd look up ETA Prime on YouTube. He has a lot of build videos that show emulation benchmarks and can give you a pretty good idea of what is required.
