Best way to front-end existing MAME installation...

I have a fully working, fully functional MAME .250 installation with full romset, extras, high score, cheats, overlays, marquees, bezels, etc.  I'm just looking to utilize LB as a front-end to that installation - don't need anything additional, just a nicer front-end than the 1992 interface that MAME comes with.

What's the easiest/least download-y way of getting everything from a working MAME install into LB?  Sorry if this has been asked/answered in the past, I didn't see anything via Google or a forum search that seemed relevant...

Googling "LaunchBox import MAME" will bring up a YT video describing how to use the MAME Arcade Full Set Importer tool.  The link will be something like this.

If you don't already have your MAME emulator added to LaunchBox, when you get to the 'choose emulator' part, click add.  From there (and for the entire process), it's just a matter of following the prompts.
