Incorporating the contents of one Lauchbox into another one.

Short version:
How do I add the data from one launchbox to another?

The Situation:

There is an excellent package called "C64 Dreams" that is a super setup for all the Commodore 64 games. It's built into an older version of launchbox. It's about 28Gigs of stuff.

I would like to add all of its data/games/whatever to my own launchbox so I can just have it all in one Launch. How would I do that? Which folders/files would I copy from LB-A to LB-B??

Holy complexity, Batman! It would be easier and quicker to just use C64 Dreams as my Launchbox and add my games into it instead.
