I purchased the ugreen it says there is allready a license.how do i use it?

That code means you have a pirated license stored in your \Launbox folder.  What free license? If you purchased a hard drive loaded with LB and it came with a license then you are using a bad license and need to get your money back. The only way to get a legitimate license is directly from our site.
