BigBox - Glitched 3D Boxes for a few games

Hello everyone,

First of all, sorry if this has already been answered before, but I couldn't find anything about it.

I'm having a problem with 3D boxes in BigBox. A few boxes have this weird glitch where they show up as small beams/shafts or something like that. The front cover is very small and the side text is all stretched out and blurred.

For some reason, it happens with only a few games. I've tested it with different themes and the same games are always like that. I also had the Nahimic service running, so I closed all the tasks associated with it, but the problem persists.

I'm running Windows 11 and LaunchBox 13.1 by the way. Does anyone know what could be causing this glitch?

For the game shown it seems that your Box - Spine image is horizontal and it should be vertical in order to show the correct 3-D view.
