bigbox always does this

everytime i use bigbox i get this in pic 
and it almost is impossible to exit
am at my whits end i wish i had not got bigbox and i can not get help on this anywhere there is no other ones open so i dont get the error

how to fix ........Please

Have you checked in task manager that there isnt a rogue instance of Launchbox or Bigbox running, that is the only reason you would get that error.
