Setting up fresh Launchbox install, but no art for Amiga?

I acquired a romset for Amiga, but the files are HDF not ADF, could this be why the setup hasnt found box art, screenshots etc ? Is there an easy fix? The couple of games ive tried seem to work ok, Sensible Soccer etc

File type has no bearing whatsoever. If i had to guess, as it's Amiga, it's simply poorly named roms.
