I purchased the premium license 1 year ago and have gotten a new computer. When i reinstalled I downloaded my license again and placed it in the Launchbox folder and it would not work. I then clicked the free tab at the top to browse and activate my license but it still showed expired or corrupted. I then went back to the website and requested a new license and it was sent to my email and that file is still not working either. I purchased the $30.00 premium license and according to the site I should be able to use BigBox forever but I just wont be able to receive updates after 1 year had passed which was fine, I was just interested in using BIgBox. If someone could please help me as im stuck in the free mode.

The yearly license will be active forever, but you only get updates for the year. So my guess you are using a version of Launchbox that is newer than when your license expired, hence it not working anymore. You will need to email support@unbrokensoftware.com and explain you need older version of the program, or you need to purchase another license if you want to use the newer versions of Launchbox/Bigbox.
