LaunchBox keeps giving an "unexpected error" when I try to download metadata and media

LaunchBox previously worked fully. I imported a bunch of PSP ISO files, and everything downloaded successfully as far as I could tell.

Then, to be sure, I tried to "Update Medata and Media for All Games". The metadata downloaded successfully, then at the next stage, which I suppose is media downloading, at the very end after it downloaded the last file (e.g. 2400/2400 downloaded), I get a message saying that "LaunchBox encountered an unexpected error."

There was an info box below with the following text (a screenshot is also attached):

Can anyone help with this? What happened and what does this error mean?

Sounds like a metadata file is corrupted. Could you try the following:
Close LaunchBox
Go to \\LaunchBox\Data folder
If there is an ImageQueue.xml file in that delete it
Reopen LaunchBox to go Tools > Download > Force Update Games Database Metadata
Then you should be able to run the Download Media/Metadata wizard again and pick up any media that didn't get downloaded if you need.
