Only the audio shows and my videos aren’t working on BB,

Hey y’all. Any help on this. My videos aren’t showing in BB, maybe just a few, and the a photo pops up and covers the wheel. This is annoying. Only on a couple do the videos work. Any help on this?

Are you able to provide which themes you are using when this happens, and which video playback engine you are using.
