Controller issues with LB but works in BB?

LB version 13.2
I just bought a onexplayer 2. When trying to setup an exit button under LB controllers, I'm enabling controller (and have tried use all controllers), it sees xinput X360 controller. I then go into mapping and it won't recognize any input.  I also noticed it' not saving the enabled controller setting either.  I did try running as admin as well. 

I go into BB and setup the controllers and it works just fine? Ideas?

LaunchBox often needs restarted after enabling game controllers before the input can actually be used. I'd enable the option, press OK to save changes, then close and reopen LaunchBox and then try to set the bindings and see if it improves then.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately still a no go.

User error - you lead me to the answer. The resolution my handheld runs cut off the ability to click "OK" lol so thank you.
