Full MAME rom set error

Hi, 

I recently got a full MAME rom set (0.253). It looks like in the main folder, each individual rom is in its own zip file. I extracted all the files to a folder, but when I try to set up launch box using the main folder I extracted everything to and specify that folder I get an error “the specified folder does not contain full MAME rom set”. I suspect that the issue is that when I extracted all the files, each zip for every rom were put in their own folder.  I’m not sure how to fix this as there are thousands of folders and not sure how else to extract them. It took me hours to get the rom set and at least 30 min to extract all the files so am trying not to repeat this process (or start from scratch). Thanks.

Yeah you don't want to extract the rom zip files at all, Mame requires them as they are zipped.

Wow. Total noob move on my part. I could have swore the guide I was using said you had to extract the files. Will try when a little when I get back to it. Thanks for your fast response.
