NEC TurboGrafx-16 and NEC TurboGrafx-CD

Happy Friday all,

Firstly, if this has already been discussed elsewhere, I am sorry. I couldn't find that it had been, so I will decribe the issue I am having.

I have separate rom folders and console platforms for each of TG-16 and TG-CD. All my TG-16 roms appear in the NEC TurboGrafx-16 under the  Console platform, as expected, and all of my TG-CD roms appear in the NEC TurboGrafx-CD, again, as expected.

Rnadomly, however (and as far as I can tell, it is random), all my TG-16 roms get removed from the NEC TurboGrafx-16 platform and in their place, my TG-CD roms appear. My NEC TurboGrafx-16 pflatorm now containing my TG-CD roms, and my NEC TurboGrafx-CD also containing my TG-CD roms. The TG-16 roms are no where to be seen in my Launcbox library. I fix this by re-running the import ROMs wizard to bring back the TG-16 roms to the NEC TurboGrafx-16 plaftorm, which adds them back in  and then renaming the folder containing my TG-CD roms and doing a scan for removed roms in TG-16. This fix is only tempoary though and soon enough, the TG-16 roms disappear only to be replaced by my TG-CD roms.

Help please!

Cheers! :)

Typically when we see reports of items being "moved around" automatically the user has files in the \\LaunchBox\Data\Platforms folder that don't belong. For example Skraper tends to put "-backup" files in there and it causes issues like what you're describing.
