Lordmonkus Posted April 8, 2023 Share Posted April 8, 2023 If the actual hardware was different yes but not for cases like this where it is just a PS2 + DVR. It didn't happen for the Sega X'Eye (JVC Sega CD) or the Victor V-Saturn. Because the hardware was identical there was no way to actually make an exclusive game.
