Take art music videos screenshots and music and move to a new fresh launchbox install. What folders are needed?

I have various versions of Launchbox setup and most recently installed a fresh version of the latest release.

 

I would like to take all the roms and artwork music and videos from another install i have ( older version ) and import them into the new version.

 

How would i go about doing this? Is there a utility or feature implemented?

Can just copy the appropriate folders. In your LaunchBox folder just copy the Images, Music, Video folders to where you want to use them.
