Minaz
I have LaunchBox installed on an external hard drive. The hard drive has started to fail and many of the ROMs are corrupted. I plan to buy a new hard drive and start over again with a new ROM collection. However, I wish to avoid having to configure all the settings over again. That is, I wish to keep the theme, theme settings, emulator configuration, parent folder structure, emulator options, LaunchBox preferences, etc.... and must move them to a new LaunchBox installation, and then simply add the ROMs. If I were to start again, not only would I have to add the ROMs, I would have to go through the whole process of configuring the correct emulator, the emulator options (including RetroArch settings), the key and controller bindings, etc... and I wish to avoid this. I just want to import the ROMs and have everything configured as it is previously. I am pretty sure that the LaunchBox files themselves are not corrupted, only certain ROMs, but the hard drive has obviously limited time to live which is the reason for the migration. Is it possible to export everything in LaunchBox except the ROMs and ROMS list, which I will be recreating? Thanks! P.S. Exporting the ROMs is no good, I have already tried, they are in an irrecoverable part of the hard drive.
