Help with Xbox setup

I am trying to setup with Launchpass/Launchbox on xbox series S emulation.  I only have about 3 games and ive been following steps from the YouTube tuturials.  I am able to get Launchpass on my xbox but when I insert the prepared USB with the Lunchbox and games added it doesnt appear on the xbox after inserting the USB.  Just blank for the games.  Was wondering if anyone could help me out?  Thanks

Sorry but Launchpass is nothing to do with us, in fact its the first i have even heard of it. I suggest you reach out to the developer of that program for any support.
