I want all my games in the list (installed and not installed) but only show installed on start up for Big Box. PC games only

I am having a problem I just want to show installed games when I start up but able to see all games that I own across the different companies.

So I know there is a filter to do it but it doesn't keep after i get out of the section (Windows) 

I just either load it up with a Theme or a setting that i can make my own Theme.

Or even a feature in the program . Having this launchbox I am able to see which games I have and don't double buy again .
