launch an app before the emulator for all games on a system

Hello everybody.

Is it possible to launch an app before the emulator for all games on a system?

I know it can be done game by game using the Additional apps option, but I need to do it for all games on an emulator and I want to launch two apps.

You can't do it on a per-emulator basis.  But you can add an Additional App to multiple games all at once.  (vs. one game at a time)
