What files and folders do I need to overwrite to upgrade manually?

I have an older version of Launchbox that has imported hundreds of games with customized platforms, manually imported game covers, and more.
I have since freshly installed a new version of Launchbox, what files and folders do I need to move to overwrite the new version's installation directory to complete a non-destructive and complete migration?

Probably easiest to just delete the new install, move the old one, then run the installer over the old install in the new folder (installers don't overwrite data). If hell bent on doing it all manual the following folders would need grabbed:

Data
Images
Videos
Emulators (if you added portable emulators to this folder. May not exist)
Games (if you added your roms to these folders)
