In LB or BB? Both? 

Did you look to see if you have the Start button mapped to the option to close the game?

Just bb I think

I couldn't find the quit game bind option 

Also the fast-forward thing was locked to the b button 

I'm using a xbox series s controller

Well Fast Forward is something set in the emulator and has nothing to do with BB so it sound more like you have binding in the emulator causing conflict. So I would run the emulator directly and review what buttons you have mapped to what function.

This is what comes up when I hit the start button on my xbox Controller I'm not sure how to re map or turn that feature off
