Redream main menu not opening when using BigBox

Hi, I have a very strange issue when using Redream on BigBox (v13.6). When I try to open the main menu in Redream (I have it mapped to my XBox controller view button) it doesn't show up. It just mutes the game. The issue only happens when using BigBox. Using LaunchBox or launching the games directly in Redream works fine. Hopefully, there's a fix for it. Thanks.

Check your controller mappings in bigbox, sounds like guide is set to mute.
