.iso, but not .iso

So when I downloaded the Xbox archive I got the .iso files, but on my Pc they show as a Disc Image File under "Type". 
But when I check the properties, it shows as a .iso file.

 

WinISO shows it's already a .iso file. so I'm a little stuck

Any help would be appreciated

Yeah, they are .iso files but you have file extensions hidden.
