Recently BigBox/LaunchBox takes ~3 minutes to start. Specs and log included

System specs and versions:

• AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 Ghz
• Radeon RX 5500 XT
• RAM: 24GB
• Windows 10
• LaunchBox/BigBox 13.6
• ~15,000 games
• Currently running on an HDD, but planning on moving everything to a single SSD if that's the culprit

It takes around 3 minutes for LaunchBox and BigBox to start and everything has become pretty sluggish within the UI once it does load.  I've verified that backup software and antivirus isn't running aggressively.

From a user experience perspective, once I launch Big Box, I see a black screen for a long time.  Eventually the start logo begins and then stops.  Black screen again for a long time.  Then eventually the UI loads, tough the wheels only do so partially.  I have run the cached jobs so I'm surprised by the latter.

This used to start up and be ready to go in under 30 seconds and that was under a much weaker CPU on the same PC.

Does anything obvious look off?
