RetroArch launching seemingly random rom within 7-zip for NES games?

I'm trying to set up my NES collection in Launchbox, but whenever I launch megaman 1/2 via RetroArch, it seems to be launching a random rom hack within the 7zip. 
Is there a way to configure on Launchbox "Play" click, for it to let me select which rom within the 7zip to use?
If not, what is the recommended workaround?
